With more than 12 years of sales experience Stephanie Richards brings to the Prairie Coasts team her passion for developing close personal relationships with her clients. At her core she knows how hard it is to sell, find your next home and move. Just ask her, she swears she has on average moved every three years for the past twenty years and she has this process down to both an art and a science. She strives daily to take her experiences and enhance her clients sale and purchase processes.
Stephanie has a strong eye for design. She has completed the redesign of many homes her and her husband have lived in over the past 10 years, all which have sold quickly and at top dollar. If need be she will help you adjust your homes interior detail to prepare it to show and sell it at top dollar too.
Stephanie started her career in New Homes Sales with Lennar Corporation and was trained by one of the strongest sales training programs in the nation. A couple of years later she went into boutique brokerage in Chicago. In her career she has learned to mesh the sales practices she learned in training, with her strength to negotiate, her warm and compassionate personality and as a result you can see that you will have a strong, compassionate real estate agent who will be your advocate and sell your home!
