Eric’s passion is the creation of the process by which it takes to harness the real estate market for each one of his sales or leases. He is successful at this by understanding how to design and execute sales strategies and marketing plans that achieve the value and selling time line goals set by his clients across a diverse range of markets, from first time buyers to multi-million dollar high-end luxury estates and condominiums.
Eric brings a unique expertise to the Prairie Coast leadership team, with over 16 years of experience in directing the successful sales and leasing programs for development projects and brokerages in the Chicagoland area. Eric specializes in urban and suburban infill development of single family, multi-family and mixed use residential. To date Eric has been responsible for more than a billion dollars in sales personally and with managed sales teams.
His strong experience in managing the marketing, advertising, public relations and digital foot print for each one of his client’s properties has created the foundation for his success. His management skills and tenacity to teach his team members on how to follow the selling process is the key to his teams successes.
